First Assembly's Pastoral Counseling is a life-line of hope and growth for people at First Assembly and the community of Alpena, who are in need of help at critical points in their lives.  From time to time a person may face depression, anxiety, loss, work issues, stress, or relationship issues, and need someone “in their corner."   Pastor Clark provides faith-based counseling for individuals and families. Pastor Clark is not licensed or a professional therapist.  However, he is trained in the skills of listening, clarifying, goal-setting.  Each session is starts with prayer as we ask for God's help and the leading of  the Holy Spirit.
