Today, I want to talk to you about one of the most powerful ways to let God out of the box! Worship! Worship is something we must understand! Worship is something we must participate in. We must be…or become continuous worshippers! Did you know that many people…even Pentecostal people like us…can have God in a box when it comes to worshiping God? Some people have God in the box of music, rhythm, and feeling…the music inspires me to worship God…that may be true on occasion…but it should be God who inspires you to worship HIM! Some people have God in the box of location…meaning I worship God at church. Some people are looking to find God and worship God at special events or conferences! Some people have God in a plane ole box…and don’t know how or when to worship God. Some people are passionate and sincere worshipers on Sundays and Wednesdays…but not the rest of the week! Did you know that you can be sincere in your worship and be sincerely wrong? This morning I want to either remind you or help you let God out of the box when it comes to worship!

Today, I want to talk to you about a growing problem in the church. It is compartmentalizing! It is when we don’t live an integrated Christian life. It is when we live like Christians on Sunday and maybe Wednesday…and then the rest of the week…WELL…we have God in a box…in a compartment!

Faith not only informs your actions it informs your reactions! The quality of the faith you have in God….is directly related to the way you live your life! Faith affects your relationships, your finances, the way you parent, the way you treat your husband or wife! The way you work at your job, your values, your opinions, the way you understand life…and death, the way you see and understand people! Everything! Did you know that if your faith in Christ is NOT directing every area of your life…then you will struggle to develop great faith…miraculous faith! Why, because you must develop deep faith…the faith to change…before you can develop great faith!
